How to get a Mongolian Visa support letter of invitation
Before you ask us for invitation letter please check whether you need visa to Mongolia. According to some mutual governmental agreements, citizens of certain countries need no visa to Mongolia. To see if you need visa, click here
1. Contact and give us your personal information through an email or fax message.

· Number of your valid passport

- Address of the embassy or consulate, where you are applying for visa
· Date of arrival and departure of Mongolia
Types of the Letter of invitation
a. Mungun Agt Travel Agency faxes the invitation back to you so that you can go to the Mongolian consulate or Embassy in your country.
b. Mungun Agt Travel Agency will apply for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mongolia and fax the invitation to the Mongolian consulate or Embassy in your country.
c. Mungun Agt Travel Agency will arrange to get your visa at the Mongolian Airport upon your arrival.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:
Step 1. Please choose the type and country of Letter of Invitation that you want.
Step 2. Fill out the form as clearly as possible. You can add your special requirements in the "Other" box.
Step 3. Send the filled form to us and upon receipt of payment, we will send you the confirmation within 24 hours, subject to service availability. In the case of services being unavailable, no charges will be made to your credit card.

CANCELLATIONS
Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the service is available and you have secured your service reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer.
